Artichokes with broad beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beans, thick, white, from the can (Greek or Turkish)
  • 2 cans of artichoke(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • herbal salt
  • ⅛ liter vegetable broth
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onions into rings, mince the garlic, and squeeze the lemon juice. Briefly fry the onions and garlic in olive oil, then add all the remaining ingredients and season with spices. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes.
