Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 320 g coconut powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Beat the butter, sugar, and eggs with a hand mixer until fluffy. Sift in the flour and coconut flour and knead everything together well. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 150°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Tip: You can also add chocolate sprinkles, alcohol, or raisins to the dough, if desired. The finished cookies can also be decorated with powdered sugar or chocolate.
