Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ iceberg lettuce or lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into pieces
- 1 onion(s), finely diced or thinly sliced
- ¼ cucumber(s), thinly sliced
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese, real, crumbled
- Salt
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs (8-herb, frozen)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes), split
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, cut into pieces
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the fresh, cleaned, and finely chopped vegetables in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese on top and season with salt, pepper, and the herbs. Add the olive oil (I use herb and garlic olive oil) and the tomatoes, and mix everything gently. Tip: You can also add olives if desired.
