Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 ciabatta
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a large plate or platter. Season with salt and pepper. Pour oil evenly over the tomato slices. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the tomatoes. Wash the basil leaves, pat them dry, and arrange them on top of the mozzarella. Serve with the ciabatta bread.
