Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 jar pickled peppers
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- olive oil
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the feta cheese and place it inside the peppers. Add olive oil to a pot or casserole dish and place the peppers inside. Sprinkle the herbs generously over the top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
