Spaghetti in spicy garlic cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 150 ml broth
  • 1 tbsp chili, ground, or less
  • 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, to taste
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, press or finely chop the garlic, and add it. Sauté briefly, but do not fry. Deglaze with the wine and reduce slightly. Add the cream, sour cream, and stock and simmer a little longer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and chili. Add the dripping wet pasta and sprinkle with parsley. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. A lamb’s lettuce goes very well with this. If you like, add some bacon to the pan—but it’s not necessary.
