Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch basil or parsley (can also be frozen)
  • ml olive oil
  • Parmesan or Pecorino
  • some salt if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, finely slice the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, and fry briefly. Then add the now-cooked spaghetti. Finally, sprinkle with the finely chopped herbs, grate the Parmesan cheese, and season with a little more salt if desired. Mix everything well and serve immediately.
