Italian cheese mashed potatoes from the oven

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g cheese, Grana or Parmesan (freshly grated)
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes and mash them or mash them. Finely grate the Grana or Parmesan cheese, cut the mozzarella into small pieces, and add them to the potatoes along with the milk, olive oil, parsley, basil, and nutmeg. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Oil a baking dish, pour in the mashed potatoes, and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
