Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour (various types)
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast or 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 500 ml water, warm, or milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Bread spice mix

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm liquid. Put the flour (to taste) in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix vigorously in a food processor or with a mixer. Pour into a greased Ultra Plus 3.0 l baking dish (or a 3.0 l dish with a lid). The dough will be more runny than firm. Do not let it rise. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C (with the lid on) and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes. The bread rises very quickly and tastes delicious. If you don’t like seeds in your bread, replace them with 100g more flour.
