Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 portions of chicken breast fillet(s)
- 6 slices of Parma ham
- 1 bunch of sage
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for fondue
Wash the meat and pat dry. Cut into 2 cm cubes. Wash the sage and dry thoroughly. Cut the ham into short, narrow strips. Top each meat cube with a sage leaf and wrap it in a strip of ham. Prepare the meat pieces in the fondue as usual.
