Small salmon roulades

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a starter – appetizers

Unroll the puff pastry and roll it out slightly. Spread evenly with cream cheese and top with the smoked salmon slices. Roll the dough into a log starting from the wide side, press together, and cut crosswise into approximately 5 mm slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush evenly with egg yolk, and bake for approximately 15 minutes (regular oven at about 180°C, fan oven at 160°C). Serve with horseradish or herb sauce, or mayonnaise, if desired.
