Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80g spaghetti
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 4 tomatoes, dried, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 lemon(s) (organic), grated peel
- Sea salt, pepper, chili
- pepper
- chili flakes
- some marjoram and thyme, freshly chopped
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti as usual until al dente. Meanwhile, gently fry the finely chopped shallot and minced garlic in olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add a little chili and the sun-dried tomatoes. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with about 3 tablespoons of the cooking water, add the lemon zest and capers, season with sea salt and pepper, and simmer briefly. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. Enjoy.
