Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 100 ml vinegar (vinegar essence)
- 100 ml syrup (raspberry)
- 300 ml wine (rosé) or grape juice

Place fresh or frozen raspberries in a preserving jar. Pour vinegar essence, raspberry syrup, and rosé or grape juice over the raspberries. Seal the jar and let it steep for 4-5 days. Strain the raspberry vinegar through a cheesecloth or sieve and pour into a bottle. Pairs well with: lamb’s lettuce and lettuce.
