  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 8 small pork cutlets, thin

Instructions

Sauté the onions and garlic in oil. Add the diced tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the basil leaves. Pat the meat dry, sear on each side in hot oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place the meat, tomatoes, and sliced ​​mozzarella in a baking dish and broil for about 10 minutes. Serve with rosemary potatoes and/or bread and salad.
