Tuna cream with ciabatta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ciabatta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Italian starter

Blend all ingredients, except the capers, with a hand blender until smooth. Add the capers and blend briefly again. Season with pepper and a little salt. Briefly bake the ciabatta until crispy. To serve, slice and spread with the tuna cream.
