Crostini with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ciabatta or baguette
  • some olive oil
  • sage

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and finely dice the mushrooms and onion. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion and mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and sage. Slice the ciabatta or baguette, drizzle with olive oil, and toast briefly in the oven. Spread the mixture over the mushrooms and enjoy on its own or with soup.
