  • 200 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 50 g cream
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • n. B. Chili pepper(s), red, very finely chopped
  • some powdered sugar

Bring the cream and sliced ​​chili pepper to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat. Melt the chocolate in small pieces, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Now stir in the rum and beat until well combined. Refrigerate the mixture overnight. The next day, using a teaspoon (or a melon baller), scoop out small balls and shape them with your hands. Finally, roll the balls in powdered sugar. The chocolates will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks.
