Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the carrots and celery. Finely dice the onions. Dice the bacon and fry in hot oil until crispy. Add the vegetables and onions and sauté. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly chop the canned tomatoes. Add the white wine, tomatoes, and bay leaf to the minced meat. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Stir the crème fraîche into the minced meat sauce shortly before the end of the cooking time. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
