Spaghetti with olive cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • Water (salt water)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed or cooked ham
  • 300 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 40 g black olives, pitted, halved
  • 75 g cream cheese with olives
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste, triple concentrated
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 200 ml broth, possibly less
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 4 tomatoes, dried, chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and tasty

For the sauce, fry the minced meat with the onions. Then add the garlic and tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the passata, olives, herbs, and sun-dried tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Stir in the cream cheese and stock until the desired consistency is reached (I prefer it a bit thicker), then heat again. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and serve with the al dente spaghetti. The minced meat can also be replaced in whole or in part with diced ham.
