Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kg beans, thick
- 200 g smoked bacon, diced
- 2 large onions
- 1 tsp, heaped flour
- 3 dl white wine
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Shell the beans. Chop the onions and fry them with the bacon. Add the beans and sauté. Add the flour and mix well. Pour in the white wine and cook the beans until tender (about 10 minutes). Season with salt (carefully, as the bacon is already salty).
