delicious finger food without meat

Halve 1 Galia or other aromatic melon, remove the seeds, and cut into eighths, then cut each eighth in half crosswise. Remove from the rind, but serve with the skin on. Arrange on a platter, pierced with a toothpick for picking up the melon (you can also use skewers of melon balls or cubes). Deseed 1 small fresh chili pepper and dice very finely. Peel and finely grate 300g of radish. Mix the radish and chili with 50ml of dry white wine (you can use more if you like…), 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over the melon pieces, let it marinate briefly, and serve.
