Mascarpone – blueberry cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g cream
  • 1 jar blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the mascarpone, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and stir in. Pour the cream into a wide, shallow bowl. Strain the blueberries through a sieve and scatter them over the cream.
