Quick sparkling wine cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 600 ml sparkling wine
  • 3 packs of cream powder (Aranca Apricot-Passion Fruit)
  • 4 cups of cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Stir the sparkling wine and aranca vigorously for 3 minutes. Whip the cream and fold in. Decorate with dollops of cream and chocolate shavings.
