Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 600 ml sparkling wine
- 3 packs of cream powder (Aranca Apricot-Passion Fruit)
- 4 cups of cream
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir the sparkling wine and aranca vigorously for 3 minutes. Whip the cream and fold in. Decorate with dollops of cream and chocolate shavings.
