Spaghetti with minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • Tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • Basil, dried
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • some sugar
  • 350 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 400g spaghetti
  • olive oil
  • some cream
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat and onions in olive oil until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté the tomato paste. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Pour in the canned tomatoes, garlic, basil, ketchup, and sugar. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Finish with a dash of cream. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the perfect finish!
