Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 200 ml cherry juice
- 7 tbsp orange liqueur
- 1 pack of red fruit compote (500 g)
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g yogurt, skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes
Line a 30x20cm dish with ladyfingers. Mix cherry juice with 3 tablespoons of orange liqueur and pour over the ladyfingers. Mix red fruit compote with 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur and spread on top. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the mascarpone, yogurt, and powdered sugar. Fold in the cream with a spatula. Spread the mixture over the compote and refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings before serving.
