Berry Mascarpone

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or orange juice
  • 100 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the berries in a sieve and let them thaw, reserving the juice. Gently mix the berries with powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of berry juice. Mix the mascarpone with the honey, cocoa powder, lemon or orange juice, and the cream. Alternate the berries and cream in glasses or dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
