Salmon – Leaf Spinach – Lasagne

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g leaf spinach, frozen, creamed spinach
  • 500 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 2 cups of cream
  • some sauce thickener
  • some sage, fresh
  • some oregano, fresh
  • some thyme
  • some rosemary
  • some dill tips
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Lasagna sheet(s) (without pre-cooking)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the frozen salmon and spinach and briefly fry them in a pan. Add the cream, a little olive oil, the herbs with the chopped garlic, and the shrimp. Bring to a boil and thicken with a sauce thickener to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in some mozzarella cheese. Place in a greased baking dish, alternating layers with lasagna sheets. The top layer should not be made of lasagna sheets! Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is a beautiful golden brown.
