Mushrooms in oil

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 dl vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 50 g dried mushrooms
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp peppercorns, black
  • 1 ½ dl oil (sunflower oil), maybe a little more

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Serves 1 jar. Bring vinegar and water to a boil with the bay leaves, pour over the mushrooms, and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain the mushrooms, season with salt, and layer them with the peppercorns in a preserving jar. Fill with oil to cover the entire contents.
