Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian herbs of your choice
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Antipasti
Wash and dry the zucchini, and slice it lengthwise into thin slices. Then fry it in batches in heated olive oil. Dice the feta cheese. Fill the fried zucchini slices with it and roll them up. Place in a slightly taller dish. Finely chop the garlic cloves and chili pepper and distribute them among the rolls. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Now refrigerate the dish for 3 days until ready to serve.
