Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 60 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- some rum flavor
- some flavoring (orange)

delicious Italian cookies
Cream the butter and sugar with about 3 tablespoons of milk until fluffy. Add the vanilla sugar, salt, flavorings, and eggs and mix well. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture a spoonful at a time. Add a little more milk if needed. The dough should have a relatively firm, sticky consistency. Using a teaspoon dipped in flour, scoop out small balls from the finished dough, place them on a baking sheet, and flatten slightly. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack. The cookies are delicious with Italian espresso or cappuccino.
