Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • rosemary
  • basil
  • oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Quarter the chicken and place it on a baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the quartered potatoes and tomatoes on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the rosemary, basil, and oregano over the chicken, potatoes, and tomatoes. Mix together the olive oil, tomato paste, and 1/4 liter of water. Spread it on the baking sheet and roast at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour, basting with the juices frequently.
