Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs (Pollo Fino)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the Pollo Fino (boneless chicken drumsticks) well with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili and place them skin-side up in a greased baking sheet. Peel and slice the potatoes and onions, and place them between the Pollo Fino. Season and drizzle with a little oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the baking sheet for 30-40 minutes. Stir the potato and onion mixture occasionally. Then add the mushrooms and let everything cook for another 10-15 minutes. You can also add other side dishes to the baking sheet; you just have to keep an eye on how long they take.
