very tasty, great for grilling

Crumble the yeast and sprinkle over the sugar. Mix until the yeast becomes liquid. Stir in 75 ml of lukewarm water. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in the yeast, dust with a little flour, and cover and let rise at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Then add the salt and the 2 tablespoons of oil and mix everything with the dough hook of a hand mixer until the dough is elastic. Carefully add another 75 ml of lukewarm water. Dust the dough again with flour and cover and let rise for about 45 minutes. Then knead vigorously again, roll it out, and place it on a greased baking sheet. Press and spread the garlic on top, lightly salt it, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 10 (!) minutes.
