Pork chop in Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • n. B. Oil
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the chops on both sides in oil until crispy, but not too hot, so the juices don’t burn. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm. Discard the oil and deglaze the pan with a knob of butter. Pour in the cream, add the finely chopped Gorgonzola, and stir until melted. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and return the chops to the pan. Serve with pasta.
