Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 ½ kg minced meat
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 tsp pepper, freshly ground
- 3 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 4 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 carrots
- 3 small zucchini
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- ½ bunch parsley
- ¼ celery root
- 1 can of tomatoes (1530 g)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 100 g tomato paste

Minced meat sauce with vegetables
Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder and brown it in a large pot. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic, and add them. Peel and finely slice the carrots, zucchini, leeks, and celery. Add the vegetables and the torn parsley to the minced meat mixture and brown them. Add the remaining ingredients to deglaze the pan and simmer for at least 2 hours.
