Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 liter of milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 100 ml vegetable stock
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Béchamel sauce, milk cream sauce
Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour until smooth. Gradually stir in the liquid and season with spices.
