  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

also suitable for tagliatelle or spaghetti

Knead the flour, egg, and olive oil together thoroughly and let it rest in cling film for 1 hour. Roll out the dough into thin strips using a pasta machine. Cook in salted water.
