- 1 onion(s), finely chopped

Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Swordfish steaks marinated and grilled in soy, lime and ginger
Prepare a marinade from the listed ingredients. Place the swordfish steaks in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Then place them on the grill and cook on both sides. Serve best with French fries and salad, or with rice and rougails or green chili paste.
