Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp all-spice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp thyme
- pepper, black
- Salt
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 chili peppers
- 100 ml olive oil
- 150 ml soy sauce
- 1 jar orange juice
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 lime(s), juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Finely chop the onions, garlic, ginger, and chilies. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Massage the marinade into a 1 kg chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
