Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ⅛ liter white wine
  • 1 bunch of roots
  • 2 slices of lemon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Whisk yogurt with milk and white wine and add the chopped root vegetables and lemon slices. This marinade can be used to marinate all types of game. It can also be used to add a tang to beef, mutton, and pork. It’s best to place the meat and marinade in a foil bag and refrigerate it for at least 24 hours, turning it frequently.
