Vegan, Bavarian spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g beetroot, cooked
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g apples
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g mustard, sweet
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Vegetable spread with beetroot, apple, carrots and sweet mustard

Core the apple and chop the carrots into small pieces. Place both in a saucepan with a little water and cook until soft. Chop the beetroot into small pieces and place it in a mixing bowl with the apple and carrot. Add the oil and salt and blend until smooth. Finally, stir in the sweet mustard. Pour the spread into jars. It will keep in the refrigerator for over a week.
