Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 sausages, without intestines
  • 20 tbsp ketchup
  • 22 tbsp ketchup (curry)
  • 5 dashes of Tabasco
  • 6 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the sausages into approximately 6 mm thick pieces and fry in a pan. Meanwhile, put the curry ketchup and ketchup in a saucepan. Add the Tabasco, 4 teaspoons of curry powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix. Now turn on the stove and heat the mixture for about 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of curry powder and mix. Remove the sausage pieces from the pan and pour the curry sauce over the sausages. Sieve over 2 teaspoons of curry powder to taste. Serve with bread rolls.
