Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sausages, fine
- 400 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 apple, sour
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- Salt
- Rapeseed oil or another neutral-tasting oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely dice the apple, onion, and garlic clove, sauté in a little oil, sprinkle with curry powder, and continue to roast briefly. Add the ketchup and bring the sauce to a boil. Purée with a hand blender and season with salt. Fry the sausages in a hot pan in a little oil until golden brown and crispy. Slice the sausages, arrange on a serving plate, and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with curry powder and serve.
