Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 200 g bacon
- 5 eggs
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 onion(s), sliced into rings
- 2 gherkins, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 4 slices of beetroot
- ketchup
- salt and pepper
- mayonnaise
- Mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Chop the bacon as finely as possible or mince it. Combine the mixture with the ground beef and egg, and season with salt and pepper. Form 4 meatballs from the meat mixture and fry or grill them. Fry the remaining 4 eggs on one side in a pan. Cut the buns open and spread with ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Then top with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Tip: If you place the cheese on the still-hot meatballs, it will melt slightly.
