Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g mango(s)
  • 500 g orange(s)
  • 500 g banana(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel or clean the fruit, chop it, and bring it to a boil with the gelling sugar, stirring continuously. Boil gently for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into prepared jars while still hot and seal immediately.
