Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 200 g bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 onion(s), sliced ​​into rings
  • 2 gherkins, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 slices of beetroot
  • ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • Mustard

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Chop the bacon as finely as possible or mince it. Combine the mixture with the ground beef and egg, and season with salt and pepper. Form 4 meatballs from the meat mixture and fry or grill them.
