Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ cup yogurt (full milk yogurt)
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- pepper
- Salt
- 1 pinch of coriander (powder)
- 1 pinch of cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Mix yogurt, spices, and oil to make a marinade and add the meat (preferably poultry) to it. Let it marinate overnight in a plastic container in the refrigerator. This will make the meat wonderfully tender and juicy!
