Curry marinade for grilled meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cup yogurt (full milk yogurt)
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch of coriander (powder)
  • 1 pinch of cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Mix yogurt, spices, and oil to make a marinade and add the meat (preferably poultry) to it. Let it marinate overnight in a plastic container in the refrigerator. This will make the meat wonderfully tender and juicy!
