Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil in plenty of salted water until soft. Mash the cooked potatoes. Make mashed potatoes with butter, milk, and nutmeg. Dice the onions. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the bacon, and cook for a while. Add the onions and sauté. Add the ground beef and fry over high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Break up the ground beef with a wooden spoon while frying. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with two tablespoons of cheese. Transfer the cooked ground beef to a bowl. Stir in the parsley and let cool briefly. Mix the egg and cheese mixture into the cooled ground beef. Pour the first half of the mashed potatoes into a suitable baking dish and smooth it down. Then scatter a handful of cheese over the top. Then pour in the remaining ground beef and smooth it down. The third layer is the rest of the mashed potatoes. Smooth it down as well. Finally, sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven) on the middle rack for approximately 15-20 minutes. Temperatures and times may vary depending on the oven.
