Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 2 slices of halloumi
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into thick slices, and boil in water until soft. Wash the zucchini and slice into strips using a vegetable peeler. Halve the halloumi. Crush the garlic and mix with the oil. Place the sweet potatoes on a strip of aluminum foil, top with the zucchini and cheese. Drizzle the oil mixture over the potatoes and seal to form a parcel. Place them on the hot grill and bake for about 20 minutes.
